How long will my cleaning service take?

The amount of time that it will require to clean your home, office or commercial property will depend on the size of the spaces being cleaned and how often those spaces are regularly cleaned. For pricing and estimate information, please click here.

What’s included in my cleaning?

For residential cleanings: Wiping and dusting all surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, take out trash/recycling, deep cleaning kitchen (including stovetops and vents, all counters, surfaces, floors) sanitizing and deep cleaning bathroom (including all surfaces, floors, toilets, sinks, showers/bathtubs), general organization.

For office and commercial cleanings: We customize our office and commercial cleanings to your space’s unique needs. Some of our services include: vacuuming and cleaning floors, sanitizing bathrooms and shared spaces, collecting trash, cleaning entry ways and more.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

Our cleaners will arrive with all of the materials and cleaning supplies needed for a job well done. If you have specific products you’d like us to use, please let us know.

What forms of payment do you accept?

For your convenience, you can pay online 24/7 using our secure online portal with all major credit or debit cards. Please contact us with any questions.

Do I need to be at home/present while the cleaning team is on site?

No, you do not need to be present while the cleaning provider or team is on site. We can make arrangements for access if you aren't available or around during your scheduled service. 

What products do you use?

In a world filled with toxins and harsh chemicals, having your home cleaned doesn’t have to include adding to even more chemicals to your surroundings. We are proud of our commitment to using gentle, natural and non-toxic products that are tough on germs but gentle enough for your loved ones, pets and furniture.

Is Vegas Greener Cleaners insured and bonded?

In case of any incidents or accidents, our service is fully insured and bonded for everyone's protection and worry-free cleaning.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancelations must be made by 3:00pm the day before your service is scheduled. If your service is canceled after 3:00pm, you will be charged a $40 cancelation fee. 

Can I make schedule a same day booking?

Yes! Vegas Greener Cleaners accepts same-day cleanings. If you are looking for a same day appointment and our system is preventing you from booking one, please call us at 702-747-7276.
